Production AI Operating System

Your AI runs on something.
mastOS is that something.

Not a chatbot layer. Not a workflow tool. A production operating system with five purpose-built engines that connect communications, orchestration, intelligence, governance, and data into a single operational layer.

What it is
mastOS is not agents on top of your stack.

It is five specialized engines — Communications, Orchestration, Intelligence, Governance, and Data — running as a unified operating system that connects acquisition, patient engagement, and operational workflows into a single layer that runs, routes, and scales under real conditions.
What it does

Five systems.
One operating layer.

Acquisition and conversion

Captures inbound demand, qualifies it, and routes it across sales and support workflows with AI-driven follow-up and lifecycle continuity.

Communications infrastructure

Unifies SMS, chat, email, voice, and contact-center workflows into a single layer across patient, provider, and internal interactions.

Operational intelligence

Tracks engagement, routing, and system performance across every interaction. Real-time visibility into outcomes and signal quality.

System integration

Connects internal teams, provider networks, and external systems into a unified operational environment.

Orchestration and workflow automation

Coordinates AI agents and human teams across routing, escalation, and execution, with deterministic controls at every handoff.

Agents act as the first touchpoint and buffer, qualifying, summarizing, and capturing context before handing it to humans on the channel of their choice.

How it's deployed

Implemented as a system.
Not sold as software.

01 — Augment

Extend your team

mastOS extends your existing technical team. We configure and run the platform layer while your engineers own execution.

Have the team. Need the operating layer.
02 — Lead

Full ownership

We step in as interim technical owner, with full platform deployment governed from day one.

Need a senior technical owner without a full-time hire.
03 — Assess

Scope first

A scoped engagement to evaluate readiness, define architecture, and sequence the build before commitment.

Need clarity before committing to a build.
Where it works

Built for environments where failure compounds.

mastOS is designed for organizations where workflows are fragmented, communication is distributed, and governance is non-negotiable.

How it governs

Intelligence and patient data
are architecturally separated.

In mastOS, the AI layer and the PHI layer are not the same layer. Patient data lives in your Azure environment — BAA-covered, isolated per Harbor, never shared across clients. AI engines receive only de-identified clinical context. This is not a configuration. It is how the system is built.

PHI never leaves your environment

Every Harbor is an isolated Azure resource group. Dedicated Cosmos DB, Postgres, Key Vault. Your data does not commingle with any other client's.

AI receives de-identified context only

A de-identification layer runs as middleware before every AI call. Names, dates of birth, contact information — stripped before they reach any model. Cannot be disabled.

One Fleet SLM — trained on clean data

The platform's small language model trains on de-identified clinical outcomes across all Harbors. No PHI in the training pipeline. No patient identities in model weights. Ever.

Governance is infrastructure, not policy

Azure Resource Group RBAC enforces Harbor isolation at the infrastructure level. No application-layer workaround can breach it. Auditable. Provable. Built in from day one.
